When Kooltherm is installed correctly to the walls, floors or roofs they offer long term thermal protection over the life of the building.The U-Value of Kingspan Kooltherm is 0.018 W/m.K with a thermal resistance that is unrivalled by any Phenolic or PIR insulation boards.

Kingspan Kooltherm is a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core, and a thermal conductivity of 0.018 - 0.023 W/mK, and is one of the most thermally efficient insulation products commonly used in the market.

Kooltherm is not affected by air infiltration and is resistant to moisture and water vapours. They are the perfect choice by most of the builders for high specification projects.

1. K7 Pitched Roof board

Kingspan Kooltherm K7 Pitched Roof Board is designed in such a way that it faces both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing which is extremely resistant to the transmission of water vapor. It is a finest performance rigid thermoset that has modified resin insulation core, faced on both sides with low emissivity composite foil that is adhesively bonded to the insulation core while manufacturing.

2. K103 Floorboard

Kingspan Kooltherm K103 Floorboard is a premium performance lower lambda insulation with a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core. It is used for insulating beam and block, concrete, and timber floors.

3. Kooltherm K5

The Kingspan K5 is a high-quality wall board ideally designed for external insulation. This board features a fiber-free rigid thermoset insulation core, sandwiched between two layers of tissue based facing bonded to the insulation core.

It has a 12.5mm plasterboard bonded to its front surface and a composite foil based facing on its reverse surface.Insulated Plasterboard is suitable for mechanically fixed or plaster dab / adhesive bonded dry-lining.

6. K110 Soffit Board

Kingspan Kooltherm K110 Soffit Board is a premium performance lower lambda insulation with a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core, a glass tissue based facing on its front surface and low emissivity composite foil on its reverse surface.

7. k108 Cavity Board

Kingspan Kooltherm K108 Cavity Board is a premium performance lower lambda insulation with a rigid thermoset fibre-free phenolic core. It is faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing and is used in partially filled cavity walls.

8. K15 Rainscreen Board

Kingspan Kooltherm K15 is a Phenolic insulation with higher thermal resistance than standard PIR.

9. Kooltherm Cavity Closers

Kingspan Kooltherm Cavity Closer is PVC–U extrusion with a fibre free rigid thermoset insulation core that maintains continuous insulation around window and door openings. It is suitable for use with timber, metal or PVC window frames and can also be supplied to order in curved sections.

10. K112 Framing Board

Kingspan Kooltherm K112 Framing Board is a premium performance insulation, with a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic insulation core faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing which is used in timber or steel frame walls.
