What is Kingspan Therma?

Kingspan Therma Insulation is a high performance fiber free rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate insulation board (PIR) Faced on both sides of the board. Kingspan Therma insulation has a 90% closed cell structure and a strength which typically exceeds 140 Kpa.

1. Kingspan ThermaFloor TF 70

Kingspan Thermafloor TF70 is a high-standard rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate PIR floor insulation board specifically designed for solid concrete and suspended ground floors.

These boards can also be used on walls and ceilings, Suspended Ceilings. The Kingspan TF70 floor insulation boards are best for usage in floor insulation applications like below screed in block and beam floors or concrete slab floors or below slabs or under floating floor usage.

2. Kingspan ThermaPitch TP 10

Kingspan ThermaPitch TP10 is a high performance rigid urethane PIR insulation board which is used at a rafter level inside tiled or pitched warm roof space and is ideal for loft insulation.

It is generally faced on dual sides along with a low emissivity composite foil facing which is extremely resistant to the transmission of water vapor and offers less moisture which will save the insulation from other adverse consequences. The reflective and low emissivity surfaces of these boards can efficiently double the thermal resistance of the cavity in which the board will be placed.

3. Kingspan ThermaWall TW55

The Kingspan Thermawall TW55 Steel/Timber Framing Board or PIR insulation is used perfectly for wall applications. This is created with a blowing agent with low GWP and zero ODP. This includes a superior performance rigid insulation core with low emissivity composite foil facing. This is adhesively attached to the core during the manufacturing process.

4. Kingspan ThermaWall TW50

Kingspan Thermawall TW50 Cavity Wall Board is a high performance, fibre free, rigid thermoset insulation core faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing which is used for insulation in partially filled Cavity Wall .

The insulation board, with its low thermal conductivity value and low affinity for moisture, offers the best insulation to the cavity walls.

5. Kingspan ThermaRoof TR 27

Resistant to fungi, solvents and rodents! The high performance Therma TR27 is designed with Nilflam technology using zero Ozone Depletion Potential and low Global Warming Potential blowing agent. This urethane thermoset polyisocyanurate insulation board is rigid, robust and fibre-free. On both the sides, it is featured with coated glass tissue adhesively bonded to the fibre-free insulation core. This durable product is perfect for the flat roofs waterproofed with partially bonded built-up felt, fully adhered single-ply, mastic asphalt and cold liquid applied waterproofing.

6. Kingspan ThermaRoof TR 24

Kingspan ThermaRoof TR 24 is a High performance insulation board which is fibre free, rigid thermoset insulation core faced with a bitumen coated glass tissue finished with a thermofusible polypropylene fleece on its upper surface and a mineralised glass tissue on its lower surface which is used for insulating flat roofs and is compatible with the majority of torch applied waterproofing systems
