Celotex XR4120 is a multi-application insulation board primarily used to overcome cold spots created from the lack of insulation in some areas. Celotex is a trusted brand of insulation used in walls, floors, roofs and cavities and has an incomparable performance when it comes to timber frames and masonry walls.
This Celotex PIR insulation board possesses a thermal conductivity of 0.022W/mK to provide better insulation and an excellent reaction to fire when checked against European standards. It provides reliable and long-term energy-saving solutions for buildings, eventually resulting in low-cost electricity and heating bills. It has a record in successfully overcoming the extra and unnecessary usage of energy by central heating. Celotex XR4120 delivers the required U-values with least thickness and helps meet the current and future requirements of the Building Regulations. It allows contractors to exercise a speedy installation and premium adaptability due to the tapered edge plasterboard.
Featuring foil facings, this board is produced from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) using a classic mix of specific blowing agents which allow this insulation board to work so efficiently. These blowing ages make Celotex xXRr4120 environmentally-friendly as the blowing agents acquire zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and guarantee a low global warming impact.
