Expertly designed for user ease and convenience, the Fakro LML Lux Folding Metal Loft Ladder incorporates a range of practical and mechanical components to ensure an easy trip to the loft every single time.

With fast and simple installation, the LML Lux arrives fully assembled, utilising a quick fit bracket method for a safe and secure fit. The high-quality wooden box features a robust steel frame integrated into the structure with a ready-fitted architrave lining. The 3.6cm hatch comes fully insulated with 3cm thick insulation to ensure hatch heat transmission coefficient U Value of 1.1 W /m²K.

For optimum user safety, the LML Lux Metal Loft Ladder also features 13cm embossed non-slip treads, with an additional step placed at the top to shorten the final step distance up to the attic floor. An easy to reach handrail additionally provides extra support with a specialist mechanism hidden within to aid the folding and unfolding process.

Although it's extremely rare, if a Fakro product appears damaged upon delivery the customer must take photographic evidence of damages and BOL and accept delivery. After accepting the delivery the customer should report the damages directly to Insulation4Less within 24 hours to ressolve the issue.

Delivery will always take place on a weekday (Mon - Fri).
