The Gyproc Thermal Super is a high-quality modern plastering material built to offer good fire protection with its non-combustible gypsum core when exposed to high temperatures. It is phenolic insulated plasterboard that features excellent performance and use in walls and ceilings. The plasterboard is designated as a material of limited combustibility for Building Regulations Approved Document B purposes. The surface of this plasterboard is designated Class 0.
The Gypsum Thermal Slabs also offers enhanced acoustic performance and moisture resistant qualities.
Environmental Concerns:
Environment Friendly: Gypsum (CaSO4. 2H2O) is available naturally and as a by-product from chemical and fertilizer industries. Its main uses, in the di-hydrate form are in the cement industry and as soil conditioner.
