Sheepwool SilentWool Joist is 3.5mm thick and each roll covers 1m2. Prefitted with a breather layer.
Acoustic underlay rolls for the reduction of impact sound transfer in joist areas. Very popular as a joist underlay in older houses with floorboard gaps and draught issues.

Joist is a roll of 3.5mm thick Sheep Wool Insulation, which is designed as a premium joist underlay.
Joist is suitable for use under new or existing floors in refushment projects or new builds.
Joist is especially popular in older houses where there may be existing gaps in the floorboards, allowing underfloor drafts to make a room feel cold. The thick layer of SilentWool: joist under joists will also act as a long-lasting underlay, protecting the joists from premature wear and tear.
