Celotex TB4040 insulation board is a multi-use insulation board that restricts the occurrence of cold spots in buildings. This board is designed for application on floors, walls, and roofs, allowing for a wide range of thermal insulation solutions by removing thermal bridges and decreasing the chance of heat loss from the inadequately insulated areas. It also has many applications with masonry walls and timber frames.
This Celotex insulation board has a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) as well as foil facings on both sides to provide additional firmness. The TB4040 insulation board is not just high strength, but also high durability ensuring it lasts for years. There is a considerable reduction in costs caused by unnecessary electricity bills - thanks to the improvement observed in energy usage after applying Celotex, especially for central heating and air conditioning. It also complies with all building regulations.
This is an eco-friendly product, manufactured from a mix of blowing agents that procure zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a low global warming impact. This Celotex insulation board has an A1 reaction to fire and matches the stated European standards. It brings down the U-values with only a single layer application.
