Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we want to ensure our customers of the following:

- Our sales team is ready and waiting to assist you with any queries you may have.
- We will do everything we can to keep you up-to-date on any expected delays.
COVID-19 Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be there to receive the delivery.
- The contact number provided to us must belong to this person.
- NO PHYSICAL CONTACT ALLOWED.
Drivers will call ahead to ensure that someone is on premises and to ask where the goods are to be left.

03/07/2020 14:31 ➔ Due to Covid-19 returns on certain products has been restricted unless damaged on delivery, incorrect or too many items have been delivered. At this point in time we cannot except returns on over ordered or incorrectly ordered items due to staff shortages.
17/04/2020 14:31 ➔ PIR orders may be delayed due to over demand.
15/04/2020 15:49 ➔ All orders below £200 will incur a £80 delivery charge. Special order delivery are not affected.
06/04/2020 13:59 ➔ Please note lead times given on each product page are standard lead times prior to the current Covid19 issue and may not be accurate under the current circumstances. There will be extended lead times on some products due to this issue, if you require a more accurate delivery time before ordering please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
03/04/2020 10:48 ➔ Please be advised that due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control, some orders even though they are over the free delivery threshold may now need to have a delivery charge applied. We apologies for the inconvenience.
02/04/2020 11:48 ➔ Our supplier Proctor have closed for the next 3 weeks, all products concerned are now unavailable for delivery.
01/04/2020 10:45 ➔ All plasterboard, plasterboard adhesive, multi finish, stone & glass wool products are experiencing extended lead time. Stone and glass wool products are mainly all products from Rockwool, Knauf, Isover and Superglass. We will be able to get these materials but at the moment we are looking at a minimum of 3 weeks lead time. In the meantime, we are working with our suppliers to relieve the back log of orders.
30/03/2020 09:13 ➔ There will be slightly delayed delivery times in the next few days. As of today we are still working hard with our suppliers to deliver all orders within our normal delivery schedule. We are currently experiencing high levels of calls, for a faster response please contact us by emails as our phone lines are extremely busy.
If you are looking for a delivery date please email email@example.com with your order number and one of our team will respond. Please do not call our office looking for delivery dates as they may not be able to be given over the phone and this is also holding up our agents in dealing with emergency enquiries.

No. Unless the products you have ordered are listed on our site as having extended lead times you should not expect delays in delivery. We do our best to keep things as up-to-date as possible. Any new information we receive will be add to the site immediately. Our sales team is ready to process any and all orders coming in. In this time of uncertainty its hard to predict what's just around the corner however we here at Insulation4less are determined to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
If your order is placed and we are informed of expected delays in delivery by manufacturers due to COVID-19 you will have the option of getting a full refund or you can simply sit tight and wait that little bit longer. If you have any concerns just get in touch!
